ActivitiesBuilding a platform that connects hackers around the world with companies to help all of us be more secure;Working on improving the platform for internal teams, such as the Application Security Engineers who review and test incoming vulnerabilities;Helping design the platform by working with product teams and both internal and external stakeholders to provide an engineering perspective;Working with designers on the client’s design system which strives for high accessibility and standards compliance.

Essential SkillsStrong experience with Ruby on Rails development;Strong Knowledge on tests and building automated tests;Ruby on Rails best practices;Strong communication skills;Experience with JavaScript;Knowledge on SQL databases (MS-SQL or MySQL or PostgreSQL);Good knowledge on system design patters;Good knowledge with distributed services architecture;Rest API;Scrum;Some experience with AWS services.

Desirable SkillsKnowledge in Containers: Docker, Kubernetes;Knowledge in React;GraphQL;Kafka;Secure development best practices (OWASP, etc.);Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, SSL, load balancing);Deep understanding of performance issues in web applications;Understanding of usability and accessibility.
