This role is part of a high-profile transformational program for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), focused on delivering exceptional Salesforce-based solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:• 🌟 Be a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary scrum team focused on delivering Salesforce-based solutions. • 🛠️ Support the creation of design standards, review designs, and develop robust, reusable, and high-performance Salesforce Vlocity solutions. • 📜 Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards through thorough reviews. • 🚀 Support the code deployment process across all environments, including Production. • 🤝 Actively participate in daily scrum activities. • 🧩 Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in collaboration with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts. • 🧠 Bring your Salesforce Vlocity expertise to guide best practice solution delivery. • 🌐 Help build team capability through close collaboration and knowledge sharing. • 🔧 Adopt and support the rollout of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.Essential Criteria:• 💡 Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedure, and DataRaptors. • 🔍 Experience with OOP, frameworks, and design patterns. • 🌐 Experience in building and working with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events). • 📜 Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Omnistudio Developer. • 🏢 Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud implementations. • 🛠️ Experience with Source Control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development.Desirable Criteria:• 🛠️ Additional experience with Source Control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development. • 📈 Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices. • 🏆 Successfully implemented a minimum of 4 Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using agile methodology. • 🌐 Enthusiastic about accessible design and development, with a focus on innovative accessibility solutions.Why Azooa?At Azooa, we are committed to driving digital transformation within the Federal Government.
