Understanding business requirement and plan solution to address data needs2. Partner with IT teams and business professionals to establish data-driven policies and Strategies across the organization3. Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and analytics4. Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization5. Manage and utilize Looker to extract meaningful insights from it6. Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods7. Define new KPIs and consistently measure in the datasets8. Collecting data from various data sources and normalize it9. Test and publish dashboards and reports and schedule refresh10. Define access controls and implement security measures whenever required11. Drill-down data and prepare reports with utmost accuracy12. Creating wireframes and beta dashboards with a focus on user experience, correctness, and Visibility13. Improve overall process in data management, collection, dashboard design, and entire Product life cycle14. Apply algorithms and statistical methods to obtain answers from data15. Solving any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources16. Monitoring reports and dashboards and make necessary changes17. Manage implementations, architecture, and administration18. Actively manage the performance and usability of platform to get the desired result Job requirements 1. Minimum 5+ years of experience required.2. Solid Computer Science fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills. 3. In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics4. Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools5. Extensive experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Looker and Other Data Analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.6. Excellent analytical skills to forecast and predict trends and insights using past and current data7. Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization8. Enterprise-level experience in data presentation through various bars/charts/models/dashboards9. Able to build visually stunning and interactive dashboards10. Able to manipulate and blend data in order to design dashboards and visualization11. Good communication skills (written and verbal), proven team player, rolling up the sleeves and getting involved in the nitty gritty.12. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field from a top university.13. Able to work within the GMT+8 time zone
