The successful candidate will work with in-house solution teams and/or third parties.Roles and Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and implement new features and modules using Golang.· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.· Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of developed solutions.· Troubleshoot technical issues and fix problems within the platform.· Document code, applications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams like architects, business analysts, IT operations, and · stakeholders to ensure project success.· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Golang development.· Lead the offshore team and coordinate with onshore teams and clients on daily basis.Skill/Experience Requirements:· 4+ years of demonstrated experience in developing applications with focus on Golang.· Strong understanding of Go programming principles, data structures, and algorithms.· Experience in developing Microservices· Distributed systems experience· Parallel compute/programming· Basic coding security knowledge· Familiarity with GRPC· Agile way of working· Effective communication skills· Good understanding of version control tools· Experience in Telecommunications sector.Mandatory Skills Golang
