Role: The Developer Integrator reports to Director, LATAM Architecture and Systems Integration. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting development by working directly with the team leader and architects and support the integration with our customer’s systems.
Your Day with Equisoft:
Participate in the analysis and design phases of the solution. Develop integration between applications and micro services, integration components, and legacy applications. Contribute to mapping and data transformation tasks using mediation technologies and tools. Develop integration modules and Web services using the Java programming language. Communicate with users (Business Analysts and EMS) to refine business needs. Produce and maintain technical documentation. Interact with project leads and technical stakeholders in building and deploying cloud solutions. Identify, assess, and propose the right trade-offs to meet non-functional requirements. Work closely with the IT security team to provide the appropriate monitoring mechanisms for the deployed architectures. Support professional services teams with delivery of the proposed solutions.
Requirements:
Technical
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role Solid experience web services development (REST, SOAP, Python & Node.js) and in Java (JDK8, JDK11) programming Experience with Middleware like OCI Cloud Integration Services, Kafka and/or Quarkus event streaming Experience with application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere and/or TomEE Experience with operating systems like Oracle / Red Hat Linux (RHEL), Solaris, Windows Clear understanding of integration patterns, continuous integration and exposure to integration challenges Strong understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with Oracle Database and SQL Server Skills in object-oriented software design and programming Knowledge of the SQL language/ PL-SQL Basic understanding of networking Ability to communicate, illustrate and synthesize concepts and architectures. Strong sense of development standards and best practices such as automated testing and code reviews. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish Good written and verbal communication skills in English
