We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions. Proficiency in Visual Force, Apex coding language, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is essential. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, interfaces, and dashboards.Implement and customize Salesforce modules and functionalities to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain Visual Force pages, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components.Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.Utilize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) to enhance e-commerce capabilities.Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and foster a collaborative development environment.Optimize and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to ensure performance and scalability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies.Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions.Expertise in Visual Force, Apex coding language, and Lightning Components.Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) for e-commerce solutions.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Digital Developer.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
