DescriptionWe are seeking a strong senior ServiceNow Developer who can independently build and configure solutions, and integrations, especially utilizing Now Assist, Virtual Agent and other AI/ML utilities.
ResponsibilitiesThis senior ServiceNow Developer primarily works for clients’ ServiceNow customers and helps customers build robust solutions leveraging ServiceNow's latest and greatest utilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Service Operations Workspace,Integration Hub, Automation Engine, etc.
RequirementsAt least 1 full cycle implementation/activation of one or more of the following Service Now Capabilities o AI Search, “Now Assist”, Virtual Assistant/Agent, Integration HubInvest time to learn the model specifications, and differentiators, understand which models are under consideration for testing and use, and how these compare to 3rd party open-source LLMsWorking with ServiceNow in Global Enterprise Technology environmentsWorking knowledge of E2E Project execution phases from “Idea to Finish”, design implementation & deploymentConfigure solutions to support customer’s objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices 5+ years in Customer and/or ServiceNow Platform roles with a focus on Customer Portal Interaction, AI Chatbot (Virtual Agent), Integrations and its KPIs configurationDemonstrated skills as an active listener, respecting others' points of view while contributing the required input through strong communication skillsStrong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activitiesInterpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity- Stay current on how GenAI capabilities accelerate transformation on the ServiceNow Platform.Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of ServiceNow application configurations (ITSM, CSM etc.), scripting, integrations, and table structure
