Senior Data Engineer/DW Developer

Requirements:Senior-level proficiency in data management, in either BI/publish or data warehousing; full stack is preferred.Experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Qlik, or equivalent.Data warehousing expertise: ETL/ELT (e.g., SSIS), CDC, Kafka, data modeling (Data Vault, dimensional), BigQuery, Snowflake.Programming skills: SQL, Python.Knowledge of DevOps, Cloud (AWS/GCP).Familiarity with agile development with Scrum and relevant tools like Confluence, Jira, Git, Slack, etc.Experience in relevant industries or data domains is considered a bonus.

Soft Skills / Personality:Good communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly without needing to be an extrovert; capable of working directly with business stakeholders.Team player: Willing to work to benefit the team as a whole; experience working in multi-location and multi-vendor teams; ability to get along with different personalities.Initiative and independence: Ability to make independent decisions and take the initiative, but also knows when to ask for help when stuck.Excellent English writing and speaking skills.Experience with agile development (Scrum, SAFe).
