DBA Developer

Experience with MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases - POSTGRESQL PREFERRED.

• Deep understanding of relational database design and SQL - Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security- Support apps teams with SQL tuning, indexing, partitioning approach to achieve read/write efficiency- Working knowledge of agile lifecycle management tools such as JIRA - Design, develop and implement database systems based on customer requirements- Administer and troubleshoot MySQL databases and including security patching, SQL tuning, capacity planning, and schema design - Participate in database design and architecture to support application development projects - Proven track record of designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining databases on a large scale - Troubleshoot database and application issues
