Job Role

The purpose of the role is to design, architect and implement software solutions which add real benefit to the operational delivery capabilities of Integrity360. Working alongside other developers and engineers, the Senior Developer will build, configure, optimise and interface a range of software, both bespoke and commercial. These will include, but not be limited to, SOAR platforms, IAC tools, in-house developments, data warehousing solutions and analytics. It is a full SDLC position and will suit a highly competent and motivated individual.

The Senior Developer will also provide expert internal consultancy to Integrity360 staff, proactively looking for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve operational tooling and delight our customers. They will also be responsible for helping to design and enforce our internal development standards, processes and technologies.

The Senior Developer must ensure they remain technically relevant, and able to deliver solutions in a wide range of technologies. This is a not a role to react and respond, but rather an opportunity to drive business improvement through technology.

What you will bring to us

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development tools and technologies, preferably within a cyber security environment. They should possess a proactive and solution-focused attitude and be capable of analysing business problems and delivering real solutions. They should be proficient in a broad range of programming languages, and have a proven track record of delivering high quality, scalable and extensible software solutions.

The successful candidate must be comfortable dealing with both technical and non-technical clients, with a real focus on building relationships and influencing behaviour across all elements of the business.

Required Skills5+ years of experience in a Software Development or DevOps roleExpertise in a broad range of technologies and languages, preferably including some of the following: Python, Java, AngularJS, React, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, SQL, NoSQL, Azure/GCP/AWSBackground in cyber security and/or a demonstrable ‘security-first’ mindset desired
