Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Utilize your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to manage and optimize request, incident, problem, change, and knowledge processes.
Implement and configure Flow Designer to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience gathering requirements and creating solutions that meet business needs.
Strong background in ITSM, with extensive experience in request, incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
Experience with Flow Designer.
Prior experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
