C++ Developer (Oracle Database)

Alquemy's client has an immediate need for a contract C++ Developer. This is a 100% remote role from anywhere in Canada, ideally working PST hours.

They are seeking an intermediate or senior level C++ Windows developer with some Oracle experience. The ideal candidate will be able to dig in and investigate issues, root causes and fix issues - responding to complex tickets.

Ideal candidates must have:

5+ Years of C++ programming experienceSolid knowledge of Windows MFC libraries, C++ 11, standard libraries3 + Years Oracle database (nice to have), or 5 + years experience with RMDBS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server)3 + Years JSON and parsing experienceSolid experience in: Data processing, Threading, Memory debugging, Data structures and Event based programming3 + Years Experience using Jira, Confluence, GITExperience in Agile environments (Kanban preferred)Excellent communication skills
