Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Xceptor Developer/Consultant to join our dynamic team at Synechron Technologies. This role involves utilizing the Xceptor platform to create sophisticated data processing solutions that meet our client's specific needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in Xceptor s configuration and development, alongside a strong background in system analysis and application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop expert-level understanding of Xceptor's configuration capabilities and apply this to complex business scenarios.Manage the full lifecycle of development projects, including but not limited to analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications.Provide ongoing support for users and operational maintenance of applications.Analyze complex issues and evaluate business and system processes to make informed judgments.Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity in execution.Design and generate technical solutions like regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with predefined formats and criteria.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2-3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing Xceptor or 5 years with other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI).Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).Ability to learn new technologies quickly, coupled with strong analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree with 7+ years of experience in a developer role, ideally with exposure to Xceptor 4.6 or higher.In-depth understanding of Xceptor development toolset for effective design, development, maintenance, and code deployment.Experience with scheduling tools like NDM, Autosys, or similar (desired but not essential).Excellent interpersonal skills, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.Proven ability to innovate and improve internal technologies and processes.
