Software Developer

Relate Search has partnered with a software development company in Greater Houston, TX on their search for a Software Developer. This position will join a highly skilled Development team and will work on implementing and enhancing software features. Responsibilities include:•Analyzing software products, architecture, and database schema for improvements that can increase value (ROI, benefit to team, etc.)•Implementing features for software that are significant in scope and will be using .NET object-oriented programming•Sharing best practices at team planning, retrospective, and daily standup meetings•Working closely with other developers to enhance infrastructure, improve reliability, and efficiency

Qualifications:•Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and C#, with experience using APIs and Azure Functions•Expert knowledge of SQL and associated database concepts (database design and architecture), with experience using Entity Framework•Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Feature Flags is required•Has Experience with Azure portal and resources such as Service Bus, Key Vaults and Storage is required•Experience with VNet, Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep), and Managed Identity (MSI) is a plus•Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
