We’re looking for an experienced full-time Backend Developer (NodeJs) to join us to build the product and platform.

About us Future Secure AI is an early-stage tech company based in Sydney, Australia.

We have deep relationships with large global enterprises and are working with them directly to deploy AI agents within their environments. Our key belief is that as AI capabilities continue to improve, there will be both a proliferation and specialisation of AI players and platforms that offer distinct capabilities that organisations need to tap into.

We are focussed on enabling enterprise customers to deploy a diverse and dynamic range of AI agents from multiple third-party platforms (including models, LLMs, micro-services and even orchestration layers) through their own secure and scalable platform. Importantly, we are working within our enterprise customers’ own technical environments.

About the roleAs a Node.js Backend Developer, you'll collaborate with client and partner technical teams, alongside our internal members, to enhance our tech solutions and platforms.

You're tasked with developing essential features, focusing on creating scalable, secure backend systems through close work with our team and client engineers.

This role requires you to efficiently navigate between detailed coding and broader business and product strategies. Ideal for organised individuals adept in cross-functional teams, comfortable in dynamic settings, and motivated to advance AI technology.

What you'll get to do Develop innovative AI products for prominent global clients, focusing on Node.js and integrating AI technologies such as LangChain and AI agents. Discover and incorporate new partnerships, products, and technologies, including cutting-edge LLMs and AI models, from both established and emerging vendors. Design and implement algorithms specifically for AI agents, utilizing your Node.js expertise and understanding of AI frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various applications and systems Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Strategize on the seamless integration of new features and APIs across various platforms in large-scale enterprise environments, leveraging your Node.js and potential Python skills. Exhibit a deep commitment to understanding user needs and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations. Uphold and exceed enterprise-grade compliance standards, such as SOC2, ensuring our products are secure and reliable.

What we're looking for At least 7 years of software development experience; preferably with knowledge of AI, machine learningStrong background in Node.js development, Python is a plus.Experience in building secure, scalable APIs; crucial for developing robust AI-driven applications and systems. Preferably, you have a deep understanding of LangChain, AI Agent frameworks, and the ability to apply these in developing advanced AI solutions, or you have a strong passion to learn.Experience with orchestration applications like Flowise is a plusPreferably, you have a solid understanding of AI concepts including natural language processing, machine learning, and neural networks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership mindset and communication skills Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization technologies Impeccable follow-through and attention to detail.
