We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Primary Skills: Java, Servlets, Spring Boot, Sprint MVC, Kafka, Hibernate, PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL

Secondary Skills: AWS, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes

Location: Remote

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java and related technologies.Strong experience with Servlets, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.Knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing.Expertise in Hibernate for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker.Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.Experience with security frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
