Sr Full Stack Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience and a strong background in start-up environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React, Node.js, and JavaScript, and will have a proven track record of building and deploying scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Drive product development from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand- ups, and retrospectives. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge. Implement and manage concurrent processing and multi-threading techniques to enhance application performance. Develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications, ensuring scalability, security, and robustness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Extensive experience with React, Node.js, and JavaScript. Proven experience working in start-up environments, demonstrating adaptability and a fast-paced work ethic. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes and best practices. Proficiency in RESTful APIs and JSON. Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrated experience in product development, from concept through to deployment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Expertise in concurrent processing and multi-threading techniques. Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
