Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborates with business partners to design, build and code cross channel communications using campaign platforms such as Unica/IBM CampaignServes as the technical lead on projectsTranslates and conveys business solutions and strategies into system and database architectureDesigns and builds strategies, processes and technology solutions that support business needs and align with industry best practicesAbility to Create and Translate Complex SQL Queries to support ad-hoc business requestsIdentifies data solutions to support complex campaigns including SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, flat files and data warehousesDevelops and maintains best practices and standard operating procedures for campaigns Serves as the primary liaison to technology partners for data requests, issue escalation and resolution

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with Campaign Management platforms (Adobe AEP/AJO, Unica (preferred), SAS, Alterian, Eloqua, etc.)5+ years of experience integrating applications to other enterprise systems4+ years of experience with SQL and RDBMS systems4+ years of experience in a data quality review process, e.g. Peer review, Data QA, UAT etc.3+ years of experience in Automation and optimization of workflowsProven experience with workflow design and developmentProven experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniquesProven ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain technical WorkflowsCompetent to work on complex projects independentlyDemonstrated ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutionsDemonstrated ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions
Preferred Qualifications:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
