Job Description:Development and support experience of a min of 4-6 years in Marketing Cloud projects, preferably in Exacttarget.Experience with Journey Builder, Automation, Email Studio, Social Studio and Marketing Cloud setup and configuration.Knowledgeable in all modules of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and support - Email,SMS, Web & Social* (good to have)Development knowledge around Journey builder, Content builder, Contact builder, Audience builder and Automation etc.Good in Amp script, SSJS and SQL with respect to coding skills.Mobile Connect SMS –short code and long code configuration and testing.A/B testing and validation and ability to support SIT and UAT.SFMC APIs - Good to have.Awareness of developing AMP scripts in journey builder or profile segmentation.Multi-lingual support knowledge on SFMC - PreferrablePreferable to be Salesforce Email certified specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.Good to have mobile push notifications knowledge - configuration and trouble shooting.Good to have knowledge on new modules - Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio and DMP
