Delphi resource• Must have Delphi skills & SQL server• Sound Knowledge of .net core• Good to have react knowledge• Good communication & team working skills• Good Analytical, debugging & problem solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Reverse engineer UI, UI layer and Business logic from code• Product/Sprint backlog grooming• Guide development team during development• Support design, document and maintain system processes• Communicate key insights and findings to development team• Identify system flows, dependencies• Identify common patterns• should be able to reverse engineer Delphi code to requirements
