Job Summary:As a Business Developer for the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our customer base and revenue in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the APAC region.Lead Generation: Actively generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth.Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.Partnerships: Identify partnerships with resellers and distributors to expand our market reach.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.Experience:3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the SaaS or software industry, preferably with a focus on the manufacturing or mechanical engineering sectors.
Knowledge:Familiarity with Autodesk products, especially Vault and Inventor or similar PDM and CAD software, is a plus.Understanding of manufacturing processes in the mechanical engineering sector, from design to production, is a strong advantage.Proficiency in using HubSpot is a plus.
Language Skills:Fluent in English (mandatory).Proficiency in other foreign languages that are common in the APAC region is highly advantageous.
Skills:Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
