Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex PHP web applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelinesMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and supportParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesArchitect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business objectivesTroubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologiesClient handling and ability to analyze projects and their Cost.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of experience in PHP web development, with a strong focus on backend development & Frontend Design and Development.Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior developersExpertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologiesDeep knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniterStrong understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBHands on experience must on Cloud hosting like hostinger cloud, AWS, google CloudExperience with version control systems such as GitExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or AngularKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesContributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer communityMust have IT Service based company Experience at least 5 years.
