Bot Developer / NLP Engineer

At Loqos AI, we develop AI-based bots for automating customer support, HR processes, and marketing. The number of international projects is growing, along with the number of interesting tasks. Therefore, we are looking for a Bot Developer with experience in NLP and ML to create text and voice bots.

What you will doCreating bot architectures, maintaining, and developing the codebaseIntegrating bots with platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, website widgets, Instagram Direct, etc.)Integrating with third-party services (CRM, Knowledge Bases, APIs, etc.)Optimizing script structures, assembling datasets, training, and refining ML modelsTesting bots, deployment (Docker, Kubernetes), version control (Git)

What we expect from youProficiency in PythonExperience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) frameworks (PyTorch)Experience with bot development platforms/frameworks (Google DialogFlow, Rasa, Botpress, Microsoft Bot, IBM Watson, etc.)Experience with API integration to extend chatbot functionalities (third-party services or internal systems)English proficiency at B1 level or higher

What makes you stand outExperience with implementing LLM models for commercial projects (ChatGPT, LLAMA, OpenAI-like API)Experience with RAG approachesExperience with voice technologies (IVR, TTS, STT)Experience with GitLab CI/CD, JenkinsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
