Role HighlightsFully remote role.You will be the main point of contact for new customer technical and implementation teams to get new customers live or existing customers live with new projectsGuide client tech team through the integration processPlan and consult client marketing team on use cases and solutioning along with a Customer Success ManagerCoordinate between internal cross-functional teams globallyEnsure continuity between Sales and Customer SuccessReduce “Time to Revenue Recognition” and provide customers with a fast and effective on-boarding experience

Responsibilities:

This role reports to the Director of Professional Services, and is responsible for onboarding and maintaining our SaaS customer account configurations and related client service. The person selected for this role will learn our Admin Interface and templating language, and is responsible for project documentation, status updates and internal and external communications regarding their work.

Work with Ruby on Rails to:Develop and maintain features of the application built on the Ruby on Rails framework.Collaborate with internal technology teams and client's tech teams to advise customers on the integration capabilities.Troubleshoot issues with client API integrations, fix defects and improve on existing code base.Integrate and develop new APIs as needed to address client requirements

Work within JavaScript, HTML and CSS to:Stylize an embedded web-based customization tool via CSS elementsDeploy and tailor our customizer via JavaScriptTroubleshoot and help customers correct CSS styling issues

Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients alike. Translatetechnical concepts and be the face of the company as a subject matter expert.QualificationsIntermediate level of skills/3 years experience with onboarding or provisioning a SaaS product5+ years of experience with developing full stack applications using Ruby on Rails5+ years of experience with postgres, mongo DB, Redis and normal gems like devise etc5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript5+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorPractical experience with common eCommerce Platforms: Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Cloudrequired. eCommerce platform integration experience a plusWorking knowledge of image formats (vector and raster), with practical application to web and print environments5+ years of experience with web services, APIs, and related standards: HTTP and RESTExcellent knowledge of common data formats: JSON, XMLFamiliarity with 3D models, Blender, 3ds Max, and GLTF is a plusExcellent communication skills around providing technical solutions for customers.
