Agent Smith is an open-source software agent that utilizes Microsoft’s Azure IoT Hub service and Python system level frameworks to enable endpoint devices to execute commands in conjunction with Automation workflows: 🔷 System Programmer – Python 🔷Are you a Python expert? We are seeking Python Programmer professionals to help us build world class teams, applications and experiences. Here's what we're looking for: 🚀 Responsibilities:Own the development of the “Agent Smith” product ensuring work is delivered on time, ensuring successful outcomes. Foster and embrace a culture of best practices in all aspects of the solutions being delivered.Collaborate with partners on overall architecture and scalability of solutions.Utilize your expertise to optimize and extend the current code base.Utilize your understanding of Python to ensure the solution has cross-platform support (MacOS / Linux / Windows). Ensure that solutions developed have a ”self-healing” approach to enable resilience.Ensure solutions delivered are successful and meet specification.Ensure solutions are documented and annotated to a high level.

💼 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, etc. 5+ years of experience in developing services using Python.Proven track record of engineering specializing in Python system level frameworks (OS, sys, asyncio, etc).Experience in developing self-healing mechanisms.Proven experience of Microsoft Azure IoT Hub service and MQTT protocol.Experience with cross-platform development (MacOS, Linux, Windows).Strong documentation skills to create detailed and user-friendly guides.Experiences working with an agile development methodology.Experience with GitHub workflows.Self-motivated. Demonstrated understanding and interest in emerging technologies.
