🤓 As a Lead FullStack Developer, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:Frontend Development:Develop user-facing features using React and TypeScript, ensuring optimal performance across all devices and browsers.Implement responsive and interactive design elements.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, andmaintainability.Backend Development:Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript.Create and maintain APIs, ensuring their robustness and reliability.Integrate frontend components with backend services, ensuring seamless interaction.Ensure the application of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.Code Quality & Best Practices:Ensure the application of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance code quality and development skills.Maintain and enhance documentation for new and existing codebases.Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers.Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on task breakdown, effort estimation, and progress tracking.
