Frontend Developer

100% remote in the United States3-month contract with potential for extensions

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Front-End Developer to join our client's product team. This role involves enhancing and maintaining a React-based web application integrated with Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSS, HTML, and React, with a focus on creating modular and customizable user experiences. Responsibilities: · Develop and enhance a modular web application using React, CSS, and HTML. · Configure files that power components within the app to ensure a customizable user experience based on user credentials. · Collaborate with the product team to build and refine products for different industries on top of the existing data analytics platform. · Implement workflows allowing users to interact with reports, drill up and down data, and navigate through activities to collect insights and strategies. · Ensure the security policy and firewall requirements are met for contractors pushing code. · Maintain and improve the integration of Power BI within the web application. · Work closely with team members to identify areas for improvement, particularly in CSS and styles.

Challenges: · Create a balance between modularity and simplicity in the web application. · Ensure the product remains agnostic for use across multiple products. · Enable users to interact seamlessly with their reports and data analysis tools within the workspace.

Required Skills: · Strong proficiency in React, CSS, and HTML. · Experience in developing modular web applications. · Ability to create intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user interactions. · Understanding of integrating Power BI into web applications. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and collaboration skills. · Team player!

Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in the MedTech industry or with data analytics platforms. · Knowledge of security policies related to web application development. · Background in working with large data sets and creating data-driven products.

Team Structure: · The candidate will be part of the product team, which consists of approximately 8-12 people. They may also collaborate with the platform team and could potentially be involved in multiple products.
