The EAM Developer – Senior is responsible for execution of tasks of the Software Development Life Cycle of applications supporting Real Estate, Facilities, and Sustainability solutions, such as design, coding, test, implementing and support of extensions, integrations, or new software to be deployed in the IWMS system, platform, and external interfaces. This is a technical position and a successful candidate must understand software architecture, coding, integrations, APIs, and Operation/Maintenance . Preference for a candidate with Real Estate Software (IWMS/CMMS/ BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum seven years of experience in Information Technology, including at least five in a developer role with the EAM product(s) and platform(s), such as IBM Maximo, being required, from the list below:Maximo EAM Application DesignerMaximo Database ConfigurationSecurity GroupsPerson GroupsWorkorders, Jobplans, PMsLocations, Assets, MetersMaximo schema modificationsMaximo IntegrationJava classes for enterpriseJSPsJavascriptMaximo Automation ScriptingMaximo Migration ManagerOracle PL/SQL or ANSI-SQLWebSphere messaging configurationWeb Services constructionHas been involved as a developer in at least two full cycle implementations of the EAM product being supportedKnowledge of change and release management processesAbility to estimate reliably the time, effort, dependencies, and resources required to complete a development taskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in client-focused service delivery environments
