Position Overview:

Our WordPress Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing attractive and functional websites for our company. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

This role will spearhead efforts to optimize our website, and landing pages. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills, able ton create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the requirements of the company.

Position responsibilities:

Design and develop custom WordPress sites with modern page builder.Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly.Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth navigation.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve user experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.Ensure website security and work with the support team to perform regular updates and maintenance.Work with our sales and marketing team to provide support on their needs regarding web design efforts.Participate in calls and meetings to gather information and provide guidance regarding project planning and web design updates and needs.

Position requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Designer/Developer with a keen eye for aesthetics.Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5,CSS3.Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools ( Figma, Sketch, Adobe)Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics.Excellent problem-soling skills and attention to details.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.A portfolio showcasing your previous work and projects.Experience with SaaS companies will be a plus.Advanced English level (85% or above) is a must.

Benefits:

Salary range between USD $2.2K and USD $2.5K based on experience and proficiency.100% remote work position.40-hour work week (US time zone Pacific Standard Time: (8.00 AM - 4:30 PM)Work schedule from Monday to Friday with weekends off.Career development opportunities
