Project-Based Contractual Position - Encompass Admin/Developer

Experienced Admin for Encompass / Ellie Mae Loan Origination System

We seek an experienced Encompass admin with programming skills and deep expertise in Encompass loan origination system and ICE mortgage APIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, configuring, and customizing loan origination systems, particularly Encompass, and should be proficient in integrating these systems with other services and applications.

Project Scope:-

• Push and Pull files from the Encompass Loan e-folder.- Convert MISMO/Custom fields to Encompass standard fields and create mapping configurations.- Setup custom screens, loan programs, workflows, triggers and loan pipelines- Setup API connections and fetch data from Encompass partners.- Conduct thorough testing to ensure integrations work correctly.- Provide comprehensive documentation of the integration process- Provide robust support including troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Deliverables1. Fully integrated and tested Encompass configuration with API connections to our system and data vendors.2. Detailed documentation covering the integration process, configuration, and usage instructions.3. Support and maintenance for a specified period after project completion.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge and experience with Encompass Administration, Development and Loan Origination Workflow.- Proven experience with Encompass API integrations and setup.- Experience with Encompass data fields, schema and MISMO standards.- Solid understanding of secure data handling.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with Javascript and NodeJS framework- Experience with relational database systems like PostgreSQL- Experience using API platforms like Postman.

Compensation:$20.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on experience.Contract-to-hire, with potential to turn into a full-time role.

Project Completion:Expected within 1 to 3 months.
