Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Vue/Nuxt Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for development, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role involves working closely with a small team on custom solutions for clients, including content management systems, web-based applications, and third-party integrations. Additionally, you will contribute to and help maintain our proprietary framework.

Key Responsibilities:Develop custom solutions for customers alongside a team of three developers.Work on a variety of projects, from content management systems to web-based applications.Integrate third-party services to deliver engaging and informative web solutions.Contribute to the development and maintenance of our in-house framework.Potentially lead a team of developers as the company grows.

You will initially serve as a developer but may lead your own team in the future.Humility and Adaptability: Willingness to acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.Persuasiveness: Ability to present alternative solutions and convince others of different approaches.Testing Expertise: Strong understanding of various testing methodologies.Deployment Knowledge: Proficient in deployment strategies using tools like GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy.Nuxt API Proficiency: Deep understanding of Nuxt’s API capabilities.Database Skills: Strong knowledge of databases and experience with ORMs (we use Drizzle).User Empowerment: Passion for enabling non-technical users to manage web content efficiently.

Optional Plusses:Interest and some knowledge of different infrastructure architecture options.Experience with other JavaScript technologies and a strong preference for Vue.Familiarity with Laravel, as we are transitioning away from it.

Qualifications:Proven experience with Vue and Nuxt frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.US-based and eligible to work in the United States.
