Web Developer

This is a remote position on a contract/per hour bases to work as a dedicated resource for an US company. Excellent English is a MUST. Contract would be between 6 to 12 months.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain business-changing enterprise solutions with .NET, SharePoint 2013 and other leading-edge technologies.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop portal content and applications that integrate with other enterprise systems and third-party products.Integrate non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as directed.Provide application development and support expertise to end users and other members of the IT applications team.Conduct research on emerging Web, SharePoint development tools and present findings to IT leadership team.Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades as directed for a variety of applications including, but not limited to enterprise-wide applications.Design and develop integration solutions between enterprise wide, custom built and other applications.Provide end user support for off-the-shelf and in-house software packages.Provide support and guidance to other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing web application solutions.Evaluate and recommend software solutions and lead the implementation of approved applications.Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsBA/BS or equivalent is preferred.3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.Excellent proficiency in English languageExcellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.Experience working with a variety of applications and technologies including SharePoint, .NET and SQL Server.Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels and to develop successful relationships within an organization.Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated and self-directed.Keen attention to detail.
