We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in PHP (Laravel framework), React.js, API development, and external integrations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HTML, CSS, AWS, and mobile app development. This role will require you to split your time equally between managing a team and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.- Spend 50% of your time on hands-on development using PHP (Laravel framework) and React.js.- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and mobile apps.- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.- Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs.- Participate in all phases of the agile development lifecycle, including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions up-to-date and effective.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Minimum of 10 years of development experience.- Proficient in PHP, specifically the Laravel framework.- Strong experience with React.js and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).- Extensive experience in API development and external integration.- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).- Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android).- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.- Experience with version control systems (Git).

Preferred Skills:- Experience with Docker and containerization.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of microservices architecture.- Understanding of serverless architecture.- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
