Role: Senior Devops DeveloperLocation: RemoteExperience : 10+ YearsThis is a C2H role; you Must relocate to Bentonville when converted to full-time. 50% DevOps, 50% EngineerRequired Skills : Salesforce Product Expertise: Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio, Salesforce Surveys/Feedback Management, Consent Management, Salesforce Scheduler.Integration Skills: Omnistudio integration procedures, Lightning Web Components (LWC), CDC, Rest APIs Certification Requirement: Minimum of Certified Platform Developer I, ideally Certified Platform Developer II or greaterDevops: Role will be 50/50 Developer and and supporting devops-related activities, which include, but are not limited to Setting up, enhancing, and automating the CI/CD process, Release branching strategies, etc. Must understand how to use Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio, GITHUB, Jenkins, Environment management, Data migration, etc.Industry Experience: 10+ years as a Salesforce developer, with at least 2 of those years in Health Care. Health Care experience is key to understanding the security and regulations surrounding HIPAA data.

Personal: Needs to be able to work with a large team, drive their own work forward and communicate effectively and frequently. Must also be able to provide solutions, be able to flush out more requirements and details if needed, and collaborate closely with QEs and product team.
