Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled IBM TM1 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, including developing and maintaining complex TM1 models. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing TM1 solutions to meet our business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Development and Maintenance:Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models, including cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes.Develop and maintain TM1 TurboIntegrator (TI) processes and TM1 Rules.Implement and support Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) applications.Data Management:Integrate TM1 with various data sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Manage data load processes and troubleshoot data-related issues.Performance Optimization:Optimize TM1 models and processes for performance and scalability.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of TM1 applications.Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into TM1 solutions.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of TM1 with other systems.Documentation and Best Practices:Maintain comprehensive documentation for TM1 models, processes, and procedures.Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in TM1 development and administration.Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Technical Skills:Proficient in IBM TM1/Planning Analytics development and administration.Strong experience with TM1 TurboIntegrator (TI) processes and TM1 Rules.Knowledge of Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx).Experience with data integration and ETL processes.Familiarity with scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or VBA is a plus.Professional Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing IBM TM1 solutions.Proven track record of working on complex TM1 projects from inception to delivery.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications:IBM TM1/Planning Analytics certification.Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Work Environment:Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-time
