You Are

UST is searching for an Epic Reporting Developer and Trainer who with some guidance from Specialist I, manage end-to-end client Product Implementations for clients, by leveraging own technical expertise derived from multiple product implementations completed for multiple domains.

The Opportunity

Hybrid-In office/remote Develop training materials for client, covering similar topics as the Reporting in Epic and Advanced Reporting in Epic courses, for power reporting users. Developing analytics curriculum for training and exercises as resources for users. Offer regular office hours and individual sessions for users to gain skills in Cogito reporting tools. Make sure that reporting content in data training is appropriate for the audience attending. Modify the Cogito quick start guides to match the organization's workflows and reporting setup. Designing, developing, and maintaining instructional materials to effectively use Cogito tools to validate data, apply analytical thinking to monitor data quality Maintaining reporting procedure documentation, tip sheets for new reporting analysts and style guides for best practices Incorporating feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures Learning new content and consulting with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer any participant questions Collaborating with other trainers by co-facilitating classroom instruction and assisting with exercises as needed Preparing training lessons, printing materials, and setting up the training room and environment prior to the training session Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy-to-understand manner Following up with trainees outside of the classroom to offer additional support, like holding office hours or ATE support sessions Serving as an expert educator to IT staff Managing projects by prioritizing projects and by creating and adhering to timelines Assisting other applications' PTs in making meaningful additions of reporting content to the applications' courses. Document and cross-training for developed reports and data processes. Review reporting code/design documents to verify accuracy; standards of best practices and meets business requirements. Build in-house client training capacity and provide knowledge transfer before contract completion. The consultant will supplement existing IT staff in mentoring a small group of reporting super users by providing individualized trainings, at-the-elbow (ATE) support and develop materials specific to a clinical area or narrow range of use cases. Custom trainings will range from meeting with individuals to conducting weekly sessions for similar clinical areas. The consultant will work with IT reporting staff to develop training materials, contribute to data definitions and data catalogs, and conduct trainings for power reporting users. The consultant will assist with development of shared standard definitions across client and support existing information governance infrastructure.

What You Need

Knowledge of the application development and deployment lifecycle, preferably Agile DevOps skills and knowledge about CI/CD tools Domain / Industry Knowledge: A working knowledge of standard business processes within the relevant industry vertical, and customer business domain. Technology Trends Knowledge: Demonstrates broad knowledge of technology trends related to multiple inter-related technologies. Knowledge of various product implementation methodologies Experience in client facing consulting or operations role. Proven experience in leading large-scale product implementations

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: California

Compensation Range: $86,000-$128,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
