Job DescriptionOrion Innovation is seeking a strong senior ServiceNow Developer who can independently build and configure solutions, integrations especially utilizing Now Assist, Virtual Agent and other AI/ML utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- This senior ServiceNow Developer primarily working for Orion’s ServiceNow customer and help customer towards building robust solution leveraging ServiceNow latest and greatest utilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Service Operations Workspace, Integration Hub, Automation Engine etc.- Role requires to be hands-on- At least 1 full cycle implementation/activation of one or more of the following Service Now Capabilitieso AI Search, “Now Assist”, Virtual Assistant/Agent, Integration Hub- Invest time to learn the model specifications, differentiators, understand which models are under consideration for testing and use, and how these compare to 3rd party open-source LLMs- Working with ServiceNow in Global Enterprise Technology environments- Working knowledge of E2E Project execution phases from “Idea to Finish”, design & implementation & deployment- Configure solution to support customer’s objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices - 5+ years in Customer and/or ServiceNow Platform roles with a focus on Customer Portal Interaction, AI Chatbot (Virtual Agent), Integrations and its KPIs configuration - Demonstrated skills as an active listener, respecting others' point of view while contributing the required input through strong communication skills- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities- Interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity- Stay current on how GenAI capabilities accelerate transformation on the ServiceNow Platform. - Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of ServiceNow applications configurations (ITSM, CSM etc.), scripting, integrations, and table structure
