Workday Developer

Role - Workday Developer Total Experience - 5 + yearsLocation - RemoteTime zone - IST ( 11am to 8pm )Notice period - Immediate joiner

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Workday Developer. Proven experience with Workday HCM, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. Experience with Workday Report Writer and other Workday reporting tools. Experience with Workday Security and business process configuration is a plus. Technical Skills:  Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web service technologies. Familiarity with Workday data model and integration architecture. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or another scripting language).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Workday Certification in one or more modules (e.g., Integration, HCM, Financials). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of middleware and integration platform
