· Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform Administration· Self-starter with ability to multitask, and effective time management skills· Strong team player, ability to work independently and in a team as well, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, commitment towards learning· What will your day look likeMaintains, updates, and enhances Certificate Management Process including Service Catalogues, Certificate Discovery, and Integrations of Certificate management service catalogues with other platforms.Participates in the implementation and configuration of new service catalogues, automation of certificate operations including generating of certificates deployment on various platforms via ServiceNow platform.Responsible for performing daily administration of SSL Certificate Management Operations, technical issue resolutions relating to service catalogues, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.Monitors BAU dashboards and publish the status of daily BAU operational stats.· UI UX / Form designing and development · Integration of ServiceNow with various applications via API· Responsible for the ServiceNow platform development supports IT service management to automate business processes. · Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform· Certifications must have : CSA /CSD
