Job Description:Design and Development within an iterative and incremental approachsuch as Scrum competencies.Competences:● Development experience in a team● Communication skills towards team members and the full team● know about evolutionary software design (objectoriented design, code and design patterns, simplicity, ...)● Want to actively think along with the functional analysts and give feedback● Able to work within an imposed architecture and other guidelines● Good knowledge of Cobol 85, UTM● Experience with Visual Cobol Eclipse (Microfocus)● Experience with Oracle SQL developer● Experience with Perl ifv. JCL and Linux● Experience with (embedded) SQL is an added value
