Company Description FleXBoard is a job board and social networking startup that is fully funded by our CEO's existing income streams. Our social network randomly matches two professionals together over video call and shows the other party their professional profile. The goal of our social network is to provide a more social experience than LinkedIn with the aim of helping people expand their network faster by building stronger professional connections.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Developer at FleXBoard. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications related to our social network and job board. You will be working directly with the CEO Alex McInteer to develop website functionalities he specifies. You will be given an opportunity to voice ideas for new product features and business models. Successful ideas you suggest will be rewarded with either cash bonuses or equity. Compensation will be between $220,000 and $350,000 in cash salary plus $50k-$100k in equity. We have set a high compensation to attract creative individuals and inspire them to voice revenue generating and cost cutting ideas for our company.

QualificationsEducation required is either 4 years full time past experience or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldProficiency in programming languages including Java spring framework, javascript, and angular.jsExperience with MongoDB and Selenium WebDriver is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyExperience with MongoDB is a plus
