The hiring company is a tech start-up based in Brazil, Sao Paulo city, with a futuristic goal to develop innovative online help for mental health support and comfort. The project is under construction with an expectation of completion in 6 months. The vision is to create an outstanding application with great interface for both IOS and Android. We are seeking an experienced front-end mobile app developer who shares a vision for innovation and excellence. The job is a 6 months contract, hour-based salary, and remote. This position will be in direct contact and report to the CEO, CTO and founder. Candidates from various locations and countries are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities:Developing, debugging and contributing to enhance user experienceDiagnosing and troubleshooting errorsCommunicating and collaborating with developers to meet scope of work and keep the team updatedMaintain clean code and constant documentationAttending weekly hands-on meetings with CTO and developing team
Qualifications:At least 3 years in professional experience in software development, or an outstanding portfolio of React native and react developed - released applications please include the links in your English resumeGood expertise with the following languages: TypeScript - SQL and frameworks: Expo - Expo SecureStore - Expo router - file-based routingStrong proficiency in DOM manipulationPrevious experience working with React Redux with typescriptKnowledge of Restful APIs and third-party libraries/integrationsSolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principlesStrong knowledge of UI design principles, design patterns and when to apply themExperience or familiarity with working in agile frameworkExperience in google suite and MSO platformsProfessional level in English language, writing and speaking, is a must

Job settings:This is a remote position; therefore, it is preferable if you have quite working area with good internet connection and high PC specsAn average of three to four hours daily, from Monday to Friday, depending on project progress and needs
Recruiting process:This is a non-urgent position, with expectancy to fill in three monthsResumes will be screened for conducting first and second technical interviews, with the recruiter and CTO respectively.Offer will be sent at the last stage with a PJ contract, where pay-per-hour range will be decided depending on experience
