Web Developer (Backend & Frontend)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and skilled Full-Stack Web Developer with strong backend capabilities and the ability to tackle complex frontend tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development, be able to create backend solutions using AWS, and handle advanced JavaScript tasks on the frontend. Key Responsibilities

Solution Engineering & DevelopmentDesign and implement scalable web solutions, focusing on backend development and API integration.Develop robust data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize performance.Ensure high-quality releases through automated test cases and deployment pipelines.

Backend DevelopmentWrite and maintain server-side code.Implement and optimize APIs for high performance and scalability.Utilize AWS services (such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3) where applicable.

Frontend DevelopmentWrite, improve, and optimize JavaScript components using object-oriented programming principles.Support the frontend team by contributing to the development of new components.Ensure seamless integration between backend services and frontend applications.

Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers.Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards and best practices.Document technical designs, processes, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in web development with a strong focus on backend engineering.

Technical SkillsStrong programming skills in PHP, Java, .NET, and JavaScript, with a focus on OOP.Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) and modern frontend development practices.Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and a near-perfectionist attitude.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) is a plus.Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular).Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
