Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building complex applications and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the crypto and fintech industries. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our user interface, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience for our users.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to create responsive, scalable, and efficient applications.Develop and maintain user interfaces for Bando’s platform using ReactJS and TypeScriptBecome a top maintainer on our main open source applicationDevelop and publish new versions of our NPM packagesImplement new features and optimize existing ones from a UX perspective.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship for other collaborators.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, crypto, and fintech.Contribute to the improvement of the overall software development lifecycle and best practices.

Requirements:5+ years of experience shipping software to production.Top writing skills as we have a culture of text > meetings.Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Typescript (React, Vue.js, or Angular).Strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and UI/UX best practices.Strong Knowledge of web security best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.Passion for fintech, crypto, and making a positive impact in the LATAM region.Driven mindset to contribute to the open source community.Crypto savviness and enthusiasm is a must
