Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Java Developer (Consultant) at Koantek. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java-based applications to support business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot and debug applications. This role requires strong programming skills in Java, as well as the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Java Developer, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environmentStrong proficiency in Java programming language and its core librariesExperience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologiesUnderstanding of relational databases and SQLExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment

Additional certifications or experience in related technologies, such as cloud platforms and front-end frameworks, would be beneficial.
