. Experience working with Lightning web components and APEX is a must. 2. Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and Community Cloud implementations. 3. Developing high performing solutions on the Salesforce platform. 4. Good technical foundation including Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, Flows, Lightning Framework and 5. Lightning web Components, knowledge of SOQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. Extensive knowledge of Sharing & 6. Security which includes, CRED/FLS permissions, OWD, Sharing rules etc. 7. The Salesforce Specialist Developer will provide insight in advanced technical analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, 8. Also assist in key functions involving business users training and on-going support. Focus would be on declarative solutions and understanding what can be accomplished with standard / out of the box functionality. 9. Having a very good understanding of the Salesforce best practices and governance limits 10. Experience implementing Salesforce Integration with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs. 12. Working on complex technical problems to provide consistent, innovative solutions for faster implementations with less risk . 13. Should be expert in Flows and lightning Framework to enhance our existing workflows.14. Knowledge over HexaBPM tool would be advantage.
