Job Description
Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM to build customized solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in CRM configurations like business rules, forms, views, security roles, dashboards and customizations like plugins, workflows, actions.
• Strong experience with D365 CE SDK, APIs, xRM tools.
• Good experience in Microsoft Power Platforms - MS Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Good hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Good experience in C#
• Good knowledge in integration with third party applications.
• Strong knowledge in D365 solution deployment & debugging.
• Good knowledge on coding standards, design patterns and unit testing.
• Ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.
• Very good analytical, problem-solving ability, verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have:
• Experience with middleware integrations Azure PaaS, Service Bus, Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent & Power BI.
• Hands-on experience in React, TypeScript and PCF Controls.
• Experience with data integrations SQL Server, SSIS/ADF, KingswaySoft/Boomi/Scribe
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• Professional certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform or Azure
• Understanding in SSRS reports.

Responsibilities:
• Understand the existing system and contribute quickly to the project.
• Responsible for development of quality solutions for D365 projects.
• Gathering and Analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of when to use native features and when to use custom development.
• Follows best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
• Assists with upgrades of on-premises CRM environments and migration to D365 cloud.
• Participate in implementation of customization and configuration for D365 solutions.
• Managing change control, source control.
• Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and readable code.
