We seek a talented Kong APIM Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Azure API solutions. You will work with PaaS services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development - Create scalable and robust Azure API solutions using Kong Gateway and other PaaS services.Architectural Improvement - propose architectural designs and recommend improvements for existing systems.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and suggest best practices and suitable solutions.Develop comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides.Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, recommending improvements when necessary.Ensure high code quality and adherence to industry best practices, including security and compliance requirements.Provide guidance and technical assistance to the team.Participate in code and design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.Implement DevOps practices using GitHub and Git actions for streamlined deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.Work with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Requirements

Proven experience in designing and implementing API solutions using Kong Gateway and Azure PaaS services.Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to provide improvement recommendations.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in developing and maintaining detailed documentation.Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing system performance.Strong understanding of industry best practices for code quality, security, and compliance.Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear technical guidance and feedback.
