We are looking for a passionate, experienced, dedicated, and organized Full Remote Senior SharePoint Developer to join our European engineering team. The position requires someone who is adaptable to a changing environment and loves delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
For an international institution in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a remote Senior SharePoint Developer.
This is a remote role. Candidates need to be based in Europe and in the possession of a work permit, due to occasional travel requirement. Work permits are not provided.
This position is open for contractors. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Travel is not required for the interviews.
Tasks and responsibilities:Review of the architecture of existing systems;Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutionsModify and customize SharePoint systems according to the needs of the organizationAnalysis of the integration of different information systems;Data analysis and data modelling;Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;Production of software architecture documents;Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users;Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
Profile:Master's degree in a ICT field;+13 years of professional experience;6 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems;6 years of experience in development of information systems;4 years of experience in development of information systems using SharePoint and .NET;2 years of experience with user interface technologies (e.g. jQuery, KendoUI);2 years of experience with UML or CASE tools;Experience with relational databases;Excellent knowledge of XML;Excellent knowledge of web styling technologies (e.g. CSS, HTML 5);Knowledge of XBRL is an advantage;Fluency in English;
