Project scope: Development and maintenance of a sophisticated registration system for biological data tracking. The project involves enhancing and expanding the system's capabilities, ensuring it meets the needs of comprehensive data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the registration system.Utilize technologies such as Spring Boot, Java, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Kafka, and Angular.Focus on both backend and frontend development, enhancing existing features and creating new functionalities.Write unit, mock, and integration tests to ensure code quality.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process.Prepare high-quality documentation for the developed features and systems.Solve issues in cooperation with external/support teams.

You're an ideal candidate if you have:At least 8 years of experience as a Java programmer.Expert knowledge in Java technologies, including Spring Framework and Hibernate.Practical knowledge of web frameworks like Spring MVC, design patterns, and DDD.Experience with Kafka, document databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch), and SQL databases.Proficiency in modern architecture models: microservices, event-driven architecture, asynchronous integration.Ability to create RESTful APIs with OpenAPI Specification and knowledge of API Gateway pattern.Experience with build automation tools (Gradle) and continuous integration (GitLab).Experience with cloud platforms and Dockerization with Kubernetes orchestration.Knowledge of code versioning in multiple project environments with GIT.Experience in front-end development using the Angular framework.Familiarity with Agile methodology.A university degree and English proficiency at the B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:Knowledge of other JVM-based languages and frameworks like Groovy/Kotlin.Basic AWS knowledge.Ability to design and implement both application components and complete applications.
